IMPLEMENTATION: Our experienced project leaders and developers accompany you continually - not only through implementation stage. Due to our highly specialized experience we are also able to advise you concerning sector-specific process design to improve your business.

SERVICE: We provide highly qualified hotline support for users and administrators. Also technical support and worldwide trainings are part of our service portfolio. About a third of our colleagues are solely taking care of users' requests. By founding SoftDeCC Service GmH, SoftDeCC Software GmbH is able to focus on its core competences whilst TCmanager user can still completely rely on professional support.
