Why is no detailed product description accessible on this website?
We know, that our ambitious customers have partially developed highly complex processes. TCmanager's flexibility enables an adjustment to a broad width of these. Possibilities are continously expanded by sector specific development. Within a product description - available however for an overview – it ist not possible to illustrate all possibilities. This would also not be in the best interest of deciders, who can rightly expect profile and solutions fitted to their requests. We do not acquire customers anonymously, which is why we do not distribute information aimlessly. However, we will be happy to present TCmanager personally. This way enables us to serve requests, main aspects and questions of potential partners much better.

What costs are involved?
We are usually invoicing a one-time licence fee for TCmanager. The amount depends on the size of the installation, which is defined by the number of users. On occasions we have made a „Small Business Edition“ available, for smaller, but expanding businesses, as well as a number of additional functionalities. Also we offer a broad service portfolio such as software maintenance contract, data processing, training and hotline services. We will be happy to provide you with an offer, fitting your specific requests.

Is there a demoversion on CD or for download available?
TCmanager provides a broad sprectrum of functionalities. Within a personal presentation our we demonstrate the particular functions requested, answer more specific questions, demonstrate also more complex functionalities and are able to illustrate processes taking information of the requests into account. A demoversion would not serve these purposes. Therefore we do not offer a demoversion.

How can TCmanager software be tested?
SoftDeCC Software GmbH offers a test installation. The charge involved allows you to evaluate TCmanager, using your own data in your company for a certain period. Data migration and training are naturally a part of the service included.

What is the service performed for companies abroad like?
Usually updates and maintenance on etc. are handled by our experienced staff via remote access from Munich. Taking all security aspects into account adjustments and changes are carried out fast and efficiently by dialing in on your server. If our customers prefer more personal presence, we will naturally arrange also for on-site service.

In which direction is TCmanager developed further?
TCmanager is further developed along the sector-specific requests of our customers. Basis for requests are discussions with our customers within the annual TCmanager fora for user and management.

In which way is SoftDeCC cooperating with your IT-Department be?
Already in forefront of an installation we are in close cooperation of your IT-Department. We make sure, that especially security aspects of your company are taken care of. Your data security is our priority.

How does TCmanager fit the current system?
TCmanager features a number of flexibly configurable standard interfaces e.g. to SAP, Navision, Datev and all usual MS-Office TM products. Alternative interfaces to you in-house systems can be generated.
