(15) Catalogue
Your course offer will be presented in Internet / Intranet. Not only descriptions of courses, fees and course events but also multilingual and illustrated catalogues may be generated. – for Customers

offers password protected access for your registered customers. Your colleagues and staff may directly log in, access their personal data, their own course history and modify personal data. Educational need may be updated, courses booked and cancelled. Group bookings take particular booking- and cancellation fees into account.
– for Trainer
allows a trainer to be informed any time from any place about updated work schedule. Courses and activities will be displayed graphically and in list form. Trainers may enter e.g. their holidays, so their preferences can be taken into account, when the training organisation plans next terms courses.

(17) E-Learning-Plattform / Test Generator
The E-learning platform administers fast and easy WBTs, chats, news and glossaries. Naturally the usual standards AICC and SCORM are supported. Users of TCmanager learn
in a very short period how to connect and publish course contents.
Online tests with multiple-choice-questions, as gap-text or drag&drop-tasks may be generated, modified and evaluated by the user. Didactical tests may also be used to check the entry level of prospective participants before enroling them to a particular course.
Depending on their test result, participants can be advised to enter certain courses to complete their education.
(18) Curriculum Editor
Curriculum Editor enables graphical display of training programmes. The conjunction of individual courses will be displayed with individual information. The user defines the order, potential choice of assigned course modules as well as the individual colour.
