As a Cloud & IT Administrator, you\u2019ll be part of the team that operates and further develops the technical foundation of SoftDeCC\u2014servers, cloud infrastructure, and hosting environments on which our customers run their learning platforms. You\u2019ll work closely with the development and support teams and serve as the point of contact for all matters related to the operation, security, and availability of our systems. <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

Your Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Administration <\/strong>and further development of our cloud and server infrastructure (hosting data center and on-premises environments)\u2022 Operation <\/strong>, maintenance, and security of the systems on which TCmanager\u00ae runs for our customers\u2022 <\/strong>Supporting system integrations and interfaces (REST API) between SoftDeCC and customer systems\u2022 Ensuring <\/strong>information security during day-to-day operations in accordance with our \u2022 ISO 27001 certification <\/strong>\u2022 Serving as the technical point of contact for colleagues and, in some cases, customers regarding questions about the hosting environment<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n
