Who We Are
SoftDeCC Software GmbH is the developer of the TCmanager®-based family of learning software and has been active in the corporate learning market since 1998. Development, consulting, and project management are handled by a single team based in Munich. This includes personalized support services, such as implementation consulting and custom configuration.
Management
The CEO is Georg Nüssel, a co-founder of SoftDeCC. To this day, he remains actively involved in customer service and thus serves as the personal point of contact for long-standing clients—not an anonymous management team, but a hands-on approach to customer business that has been a hallmark of the company since its founding.
Team
About 50 employees bring together industry expertise in software development, consulting, and support—an equal mix of women and men, with an international background, but all based at the Munich office—no distributed offshore team, just short lines of communication on-site.
