No. You can create, edit, and publish learning content using a WYSIWYG interface without any programming knowledge.
What AI features does SoftDeCC Authoring offer?
AI support for text generation, structuring, media creation, and quality checks—which can be enabled or disabled as desired. These features use a cloud-based LLM with AWS Frankfurt as the recommended, interchangeable endpoint; the model is not trained using user data.
Is SoftDeCC Authoring compatible with SCORM?
Yes, with SCORM 2004. Support for other standards, such as xAPI or cmi5, has not yet been confirmed.
Does SoftDeCC Authoring meet the WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements?
Yes, the creation of accessible learning content in accordance with WCAG 2.1 is supported. In terms of assistive technologies, screen magnifiers and Windows speech output are supported.
Can multiple people work on the same learning material at the same time?
