Yes. SoftDeCC operates the platform exclusively in certified EU data centers. Your data does not leave the EU. Data processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR requirements, with clearly defined access rights and a data processing agreement.
Which data center does SoftDeCC use for cloud hosting?
By default, SoftDeCC LMS is hosted in a certified data center in Frankfurt (AWS). Upon request, we can also use another European data center of your choice—we’ll discuss this with you on a case-by-case basis during our consultation.
What is included in SoftDeCC's cloud hosting service?
