TCmanager® provides you with broad functionalities for economic maintenance of layout and published data. TCmanager® supports customized training portals for individual target groups with or without a connection to the learning platform.


Learning Portals for Staff, Management and Instructors

Portals are like security locks. They define, which information is visible in the internet, intranet and which is only accessible for defined target groups or certain individuals. Learning portals may protect sensitive learning content such as e. g. processes, manufacturing information.

Certain functionalities such as booking and approval processes or access to reports can be assigned based on neatly defined roles and right concepts.


Qualification Programs for Employees

Digitalization, education campaigns and legal demands (GDPR, Compliance...) require that employees and service partners are always on top of things. To ensure this TCmanager® Learning Management System offers qualification profiles with validity periods, made up of individual qualification sets. Your learning staff can always check in their personal learning portal, what their qualification status is. With one click the system suggests learning units or courses which convey the approbriate qualification.

Also managers can monitor the qualification set of their team. Automated reminder mails make sure, that re-certification requirements are managed in time.


Integrated Training Management Software

Our Learning Management System (LMS) includes all functions of a full training management software. Versatile course management is relevant for all professional and training centres. Find all you need for precise coordination of resources. Trainers, rooms and equipment are smoothly synchronized with your multifaceted training offer, such as seminars, external courses, online-courses or WBTs. Interactive tools and automated processes support your training organization, no matter if you are focussing on online-courses, seminars or other classroom events. Efficient scheduling of courses, ressources and communication with trainers and participants are effortlessly organized.

Correspondence, based on MS Word® mail merge and complex processes such as e. g. approval routes can be automated and supported by TCmanager's individual workflow support. ToDo-lists can not only be administered, but also be assigned to individuals or defined groups. By default our LMS provides more than 500 reports for monitoring and controlling. Users can create anytime additional reports and export them e.g. to MS Excel® for further processing.
