We cannot give you a definite information how long the implementation will take. Requirements differ widely. The LMS administration can be productive rather fast, depending on your configuration and other requirments (e. g. data migration). Interfaces and correspondence templates will be adjusted individually. Also your team will be trained thoroughly in the use of the LMS.
