Since founding SoftDeCC in 1998 SoftDeCC has strived to deliver highest software quality when expanding the broad functionalities of TCmanager® LMS (Learning Management System). Not only the function portfolio been continously enriched but also the technological standard has been updated.

We congratulate SIEMENS Windpower for winning the silver medal of the Learning Technologies Awards focussing on the web-application 'group account'.
A central business challenge has been mastered by this extraordinary piece of project management. By creating an enormous database for employee certification the training team was enabled to select large numbers of people to in need of training in time to refresh their required qualifications.
In effect this not only increased safe working conditions but also reduced installation and downtime of wind turbines signifcantly.
The accuracy of certification management safes literally millions of non-conformance costs each year.
TCmanager® LMS has been awarded an INDUSTRIEPREIS 2016. The publishing house Huber Verlag für Neue Medien GmbH assigns this award for especially advanced products, which contribute to a high extend on economic, social, technological and ecological basis to the success of industrial enterprises.
The jury therefore confirms TCmanager® LMS on one of the ranking software products BEST of 2016.
The versatile training portals, which can be optimized simultaneously to the needs of different target groups have been the center of the jury's attention. Depending on the target group the individual training portals will be enhanced with the functionalities, contents, terms and conditions as well as the required layout. Whilst requirements are highly individual, TCmanager® LMS allows for an economic central maintenance.
Due to the high degree of integration potential TCmanager LMS is seen as being especially suitable also for middle sized companies, which have to economically roll out training to staff, management and external partners such as sales and service force.

Quality of training is a key component when it comes to efficiency of training projects. Schenker Deutschland AG and SoftDeCC Software GmbH have therefore submitted their common project quality management to the eLearning Journal's jury.
Schenker Deutschland Ag offers not only training for staff and external workforces, but also offers broad Managed Training Services to other companies. Therefore the quality monitoring of external partners such as caterers, trainers and providers of rooms are essential.
The training administration unit of TCmanager LMS offers the technical basis for thorough evaluation. It generates the required versatile paper- and online-questionnaires, distributes them also through the leaning platform and evaluates them after each training session. Results provide sound conclusions or trigger necessary modifications in training content, learners' surroundings, processes and training cycles.
This years award ceremony took place at the show didacta. The project partners 'Siemens Power Academy' and SoftDeCC were awarded with the elearning trophy 2014 within the category 'Mobile Learning'.
The project iPad@Power Academy focused on more flexible and innovative support of blended learning. Due to a specific web application, participants could add personal notes to course material submitted on an iPad. These personalized documents were available to the learners for download. Also evaluation and feedback questionnaires were digitally available over the iPad.
Siemens Power Academy has thereby significantly reduced the amount of paper, which is also a tribute to nature. Further more, iPad -support in blended learning is highly efficient and demonstrates the potential of mobile learning.
Managing up-to-date knowledge and making knowledge continuously accessible in one LMS was the challenge a globally operating enterprise had to face. An worldwide manufacture of healthcare and security devices had to integrate diverse technology components throughout the world in one system.
SoftDeCC's TCmanager LMS could support this conglomerate by providing webservices and standardized interfaces to integrate a number of different repositories and platforms.

Introducing a new software across Europe requires very thoroughly thought out training processes and consequent progress monitoring. Defining professional roles for all sorts of staff members as well as the appropriate qualification profiles for each one was the challenge to be combined with adequate training content, WBTs and classroom trainings.
TCmanager LMS enabled permanent status control so unforeseen events could be managed on time. TCmanager® LMS has been supporting employees at HypoVereinsbank for many years and managed over 350.000 WBT-Enrolments from more than 20.000 Staff members with ease. In 2009 TCmanager®Training Administration Software has been honored with the very first eLearning Award ever.
The Jury focused mainly on the test generator, which enables users to create tests for course participants. Various question types from multiple choice, sort-order, drag-&drop or gap-texts have been provided. Tests can be used as an entry qualification to a certain program or as proof of knowledge.
The test can be accessed by learners employing a training portal and learning platform. Results are immediately available within the training administration unit. Depending on the result, webservices can process the information e. g. make a certificate available for download, inform HR or generate course recommendations.
