Our highly qualified service hotline for user questions, technical support and global LMS training is part of our service portfolio.

One in three of our colleagues are taking care of the requirements of users. Our hotline-team is available during usual office hours. Naturally we also offer longer support services during critical and important projects. On request we will also to provide you with an on-site support team, taking exclusively care of your special requirements.

KnowHow for Learning Professionals

for Users and Administrators

A complex training administration software such as TCmanager® LMS delivers broad functionalities for your requirements. However, it is of little use if one can not operate it. Thus we provide TCmanager® user and administrators with thorough training. During training we focus on your particular business model and specific configuration. Our experienced instructors analyse your special requirements and include those appropriate in the training session.

Also during a testing period your project team will receive thorough training. A completely new implementation, modified processes or new training staff can be other reasons to update your TCmanager skills.

Another valuable opportunity is the TCmanager User forum in Munich. This annual convention enables your staff to exchange experiences with other members of the TCmanager community. Each year users from various enterprises meet up to discuss updates, functionalities and to be introduced to the latest developments.

LMS Support

After implementing TCmanager® LMS we also support your training team. Our partner company SoftDeCC Service GmbH offers Hotline-Services for users and administrators. We will also be able to provide you with your own on-site consultant, who will exclusively see to your requirements.
